Privacy Policy

StoryMate helps a parent or guardian create personalized, illustrated storybooks for their child. We are committed to protecting children’s privacy and only collect what we need to provide the service.

What we collect

• Account info (parent email, display name).
• A child photo you upload to create a character, and the details you enter (name, age).
• Stories, characters, and progress you create in the app.

How we use it

Photos are used solely to generate a stylized character and are deleted after the character is created. We do not sell data, show ads, or use children’s data for advertising.

Parental consent

A child character can only be created by a parent/guardian who confirms consent. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
